KSU Day of Service
KSU’s Day of Service is an initiative that began in 2014 with numerous students, faculty, staff and community members volunteering their time to say “thanks” to our community by participating in service projects at local non-profits agencies. Depending on the site, volunteers can choose from activities ranging from light gardening and picking up litter, to trail maintenance and working at a local food pantry.
This annual event is organized by the OCE, Volunteerism and Service Learning Support and a Planning Committee made up of students, faculty and staff.
The 2017 Day of Service is scheduled for Saturday, April 22nd. Please see the KSU Day of Service website for more information.
